At EasyShed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your storage solution. If your shed or accessory isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging.

  Arrange Shipment

  Drop off the package at an authorized courier location or schedule a pickup for larger shed components as instructed by our team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
